Analogue-sequencer

Folks,

All the second run kits which had been paid in full by yesterday are 
now shipped. Keep an eye on the mail box ;-)

There are some slight changes to the main board in this run - an 
extra mounting hole, and the de-coupling for a PLED display on board.
I'll update the construction pages and BoM accordingly.
