And v3.952 fixes the bug where looping back round in ARP mode resets 
the tbase setting to 16. Oops.
I'm also taking the opportunity to switch to 3 decimal places in my 
version numbers, so I don't reach v4.0 before P3 is finished.

A nice (and unique ?) feature of ARP mode is that you can capture an 
arpeggio, then tweak the note knobs to modify the 'held' notes on 
the fly. It took me a while to discover that one ;-)
