Is that possible? You can do that already using the gbar setting, with your arpeggiated pattern set to chg=b in the playlist. Gbar is a part setting though, so it may not be suitable unless you want arpeggios of 16/32/64 steps etc, or the rest of your patterns are all fixed lengths with chg=P. One way I could make this independently settable for a given pattern would be to add a 'reset to start' aux event, set this event on every step, but have it masked by an aux D accumulator threshold, and increment aux D on every step too. Maybe that's a bit too complicated... I suppose a combined event might be more useful, that increments the aux D accumulator by 1 and resets the pattern at a specified threshold.
