I put a couple of full kits together in the past to get an idea how 
much effort was involved. The end result was that I decided not to 
supply full kits - I found once I'd picked out all the components it 
wasn't too much more effort to populate boards, which is the major 
part of the assembly process. So the limited time I could spend 
putting full kits together is better spent putting complete units 
together.
Ordering the components from an electronics supplier really isn't too 
hard, and it saves you the added costs of my time, shipping and local 
import fees.
