given that the boards are a 'one-off' thats pretty good.
You won't find anyone else offering that kind of price, they'll charge a
tooling fee, setup fee, materials, etc..

I have used PCBpool for prototypes and small quantities (<5) and have not
had any problems with them at all..

Thats a good price, I'll have to take a look.
The monowave PCBs (300m by 240mm, with routing) cost me around 60UKP each.
