Analogue-sequencer

so, i realy like the p3!

there is just a problem with the sync, if i start the sequencer (logicaudio)on my computer,
the p3 starts with double speed, i everytime have to stop it and start again while 
my logicsequencer is still running.
is there probably i wrong system setting on my p3 or is 'coz it gets somethin like a short
on the midi channel?
there are no such problems with my korg drumcomputer. probably someone have the same problem. an idea?
