It would be easy to add a dual footswitch socket that acts in 
parallel with the run and stop keys. A combined start/stop switch 
would need software support, but there is space on the key matrix, so 
I could potentially add support for it and leave it to the user to 
attach the appropriate wires. Or it could be done with some simple 
logic in the footswitch.

The production case will be a similar design to the RMI case in as 
much as the front panel will be a single flat piece of anodised 
aluminium. For users wanting to customise their front panel, I will 
supply a Schaeffer file with the correct layout, and you could then 
choose an alternative colour, engraved text etc.
It's too expensive to get one-off variations done by the factory.
