I don't think that hyphen makes any difference. In fact the Farnell
website cannot (couldn't?) understand the hyphen and would refuse to
accept the existance of any part with a hyphen included.

As for Rapid's call centre; perhaps it took a while for the poor Essex
girl to get used to your accent Colin? :-)
