yeah, each part refers to single step, pattern 1, patterns empty of
notes and controllers etc. but retaining channels, aux settings....

Hehe, I think it should take the FTS settings for part 1 and propogate
them to all parts.

Let's see if I'm brave enough to put that new V-Synth OS in today. And
the latest P3 OS? How come I never spotted that problem, I wonder?
(even when told about it). Could it be cos most of my playlists are
single step...or cos I am stoopeed....
