Folks, Just in case anyone's wondering, the wooden end-cheeks will be going out soon - it took me a little while to find suitable threaded inserts for them. I decided I didn't want to use wood screws since they needed to cut the thread into the cheeks, and the walnut is pretty hard, making installation an awkward job. The inserts take M3 machine screws. Fitting will require a 2mm and 3mm hex key or driver (to get the front panel and rack ears off), and a small posidrive or philips screwdriver to attach the cheeks. Details to be posted soon...
