Yeah i was pondering FUNC+shift as an option until i remembered it was used. I can't think of anything clever off the bat unless you could hold down Shf and press shift (rather than a step number). On a side note - reading the manual it all seems very confusing holding buttons down and doing this and that but i think because of the nice action on the buttons it feels very musical and fluid when you actually do it. That softkey idea was really a stroke of genius. Alison
