Analogue-sequencer

Hi,
from when i've installed the latest beta seems that sculpt and randomize 
function
work differently on my p3: when a pattern is running if i press f1 and 
turn the data knob
the changes to notes happen a bit later, seems only the next time the 
pattern is played.
Is it a normal behaviour? I don't remember was so before upgrading.
I've been busy these days so perhaps i've missed some discussions.
Btw other things are ok, and i also like the new aux menu.
