The manual doesn't explain it mainly because I hadn't worked out the implications of it until recently. I mostly do techno myself, so I don't change key much ;-) It is possible to compensate for post-FTS PXPos by transposing the FTS root note in the opposite direction such that PXPos brings it back to where it should be.
