If you try to remove a pozidrive screw with a Philips driver, there is a good chance you will strip the head of the screw. So if you are switch over a P3 between end-cheeks and rack-mount ears, please bear this in mind, and be very careful ! I'll probably switch to end-cheeks with external mounting screws, so there will be no need to remove the panel to switch.
