From March 5, 2006, Colin stated

  Hi Colin and all,
I'm really having a great time with my P3, bought back on 2/2/2006
from Analoguehaven. It's everything I wanted and then some.
I went to have the manual printed today at Kinkos, as I'd really
like to get a copy soon. First they said to print it in B&W it would be
$27.04 (in US Dollars) or $306.00 for color. After I agreed to B&W,
they asked if the document was copyrighted. I stated it was, and they
said they could not print it without a written copyright release.
Ah... so much for us pirates here in the US :>

I really appreciate your attention to all the questions here in the
list, and the improvements to the software, and I'm trying to be
patient, waiting for a printed manual. But, please, could we get one
  soon?

  Thanks!
  Jack Deckard
