Analogue-sequencer

I've had the P3 stay in sync with SX3, but my 808, synced through midiclock through a KMS30 sync box, doesn't stay in sync. I've just started playing with it, so maybe i can fix it somehow, but it seems like that may be an issue.

It seems a couple of people have had oddities with P3 slaved to a software
sequencer.
The code for this is more complicated than it seems, as some software
sequencers are known to send clock bytes in bursts.
I'll look over the sync handling code and make sure there isn't something
wrong there.
