The fine tempo adjust feature gets round that for direct tempo setting in steps of 0.1 BPM, but there isn't a fine tune for bank initial tempo. However, it occured to me some time ago that using the DATA knob to enter the bank initial tempo is a bit superfluous. How often would you set the initial tempo to something other than the current tempo you have selected ? So, it may be an idea to change the way that bank initial tempo is set so that it simply captures the current tempo - including any fine tempo adjust.
