I'm running an apple mac pro quad 2.66 (can't believe how powerful is this computer) with ableton live 6 expanded with its new plugin sampler, plus the operator synth, and a novation remote SL25 as midi controller. I record everything from p3 to live and then cut and paste midi clips in its session view to arrange songs. I use a lot of samples (maily from my old akai cds), synth patches, and add tons of effects. Everything is so simple and i can load an entire song with all the sounds with just one click. Now I play mainly in studio, but in the past i did a lot of gigs... and still didn't know the p3...can't image what a fun if i had then!
