Sysex thru is not supported.
The thru MIDI stream is merged with the output of the sequence engine.
Sysex packets have an indeterminate length, which makes merging them tricky
unless you just abort a sysex packet if another event occurs on the other
stream being merged. If you buffer them for as long as possible, you can
seriously affect MIDI timing performance for note and controller events.
