For Mac users out there:
I use SysEx Librarian by Snoize
http://www.snoize.com/SysExLibrarian/
it works perfectly for me with various pieces of gear
plus it's super easy to use.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
