The latest revision is always the one to use - there have been a number of
bug fixes along the way, so older revisions may do strange things.

I've split the v4 notes into a usage guide and revision history.
The usage guide is an up to date summary of the features in the current
build, which has also been updated to b20 on the beta page.
It should tell you all you need to know to get using v4.
If there are still questions after reading it, ask here, and I'll add any
answers to the usage guide.
