Don't have Cubase anymore, but I'm pretty sure that you can multirecord, and then use the midi filter on each track to specify which channel you want to listen to on that track.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
