You have to actually ask for this service. Due to a lack of psychic ability, I am unable to pro-actively offer repair services to customers who require them but have not as yet communicated that need. In the case of PLED failure, I can supply replacement LCD modules to customers who feel able to do the install themselves, or have a handy local tech. This saves the return shipping costs for the complete P3, which amount to several times the cost of the module. But I'm happy to carry out LCD module replacements if the user feels unable to do so. The LCD replacement procedure is documented here: http://www.sequentix.com/sq_lcd.htm Best regards, Colin Fraser Sequentix Music Systems Ltd http://www.sequentix.com
