When editing a pattern, Func and a step key reveals that step's value. 
To discover the tempo you can go to the page containing stored tempo 
(page 6 IIRC from the main screen) and hit F3 which will store (and 
therefore display) the tempo for that bank. Hit F3 again to unstore it.
