A good question, as yet without a definite answer.
It's a difficult trick to make a UI simpler to use than a P3, without making
it any bigger.
Though even if the panel area is larger, the depth of the case will be much
less - much as I liked the recessed sockets on the P3, it added a lot of
unneccessary depth and increase both production and shipping costs.
Cirklon will be cuboid.

Cirklon is Esperanto for circle, alluding to the cyclic nature of step
sequencer patterns.
It's also sounds nice, and has very few existing Google hits.
So it ticked all the boxes for a sequencer not to be called 'P4'.
