Analogue-sequencer

Hi all, I have my P3 set up thus:

PC>Midi out 1>P3>Midi in 1
  >Midi out 2>Control k,b/synth>Midi in 2 etc....

As you will see the P3 sits in the midst of a PC controlled multi
channel midi set up. The P3 sends to multiple channels in a host
sequencer environment and channel filtering is used to get on track.

 I have been using this set up to control plug ins and external
equipment via the PC/midi set up as described. I have been
experimenting with the FTS and midi thru settings with quite pleasing
results; utilising hardware synth arppegiators into the P3 FTS and
thence to further units via PC/Midi. I have only just begun these
experiments and find it quite interesting so far. You can of course
combine the patterns already in the P3 in playmode with the incoming
FTS Midi thru signals (once they have been set up).

Does anyone else use the P3 in close contact with a VST type
environment or that an analogue anethema?
