well, the front's finished & wearing the second (smaller) set of knobs. one of the large ones has been kept for the data encoder, while the tempo pot is a cut-down replacement. the rest of the case will arrive next week, I'm told. I will do my other P3 (probably in gold or green) soon. the reason for the reduction to 3U is that I need more space in my gigging set-up, but I've found the machine more comfortable to use like this so I'll do the other one the same. if anyone wants to see the insides out of curiosity or to see what I've chopped & repositioned, let me know. the pics are in the photos section here, along with a snap of my three (3) mk1 notrons. I just wanted to be the only person in my street with three of them. :-) still toying with rehousing the scruffy one onto a panel... duncan.
