No,you can't do that.
There is no MIDI file import (or export) on Cirklon.
You'd have to record thing's either in real time or up the tempo while recording and slow it back down to the original tempo when finished recording.

I intent to acquire a Cyrklon since hardware sequencers are (much) more reliable than software sequencers in LIVE performances. 
Before that, I have to make sure that I can dump/export MIDI files to Cyrclon. So, in consequence, I intent to use Cyrclon mainly for live performance since I do the programming work in a Cubase 7.5 (Mac).
