Page numbers when printing manual?

When I print the manual there are no page numbers making it difficult 
to use the index. Has anyone else had this problem? Maybe my version 
of Acrobat Reader is not configured properly.

Same here with V6.01 of the reader. Did you put page numbers in Colin? Fun thing 
which I didn't realise acrobat did, is the 'Read out loud' option under the View menu. 
Select this, kick back, close your eyes and just listen how to use your P3 :->)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
