PCB Update

2003-08-05 by colinfraser_com

Folks,

I've received a package this morning with the missing PCBs !
I haven't checked the package myself yet, since I'm at work, so I'm
not counting my chickens, but it looks like the waiting might be over.
I'll confirm they're OK tonight, and should get them shipped out by
the weekend if they are.

Cheers,
Colin f

GREAT!
I got my case this morning (drilled/engraved by Steve Thomas) and it looks
superb!! Can't wait to get this thing running!

Cool. I hope all the holes are in the right places...
Any hints on how much Steve charged ? Might be a nice line for him.

I'll post up my latest Schaeffer layout tonight.
It's almost the same as the last one you saw, but with a couple of things
moved slightly (just the different boards relative to each other - the
individual board layouts are the same).
I've switched to using only white or yellow lettering too - the red was a
bit hard to see under a combination of red/UV light ;-)

Cheers,
Colin f

P3 case

2003-08-05 by Paul Maddox

Dear all,

I just got my case from Steve Thomas and it looks superb...
If you want to see a picture (nothing in it yet) you can see this link..

http://www.modulus.synth.net/p3.jpg

The case is made by hammond manufacturing, the lettering is all red, and
the case is a sort of beige, the daylight was a bit bright to take a better
picture, I'll do another one a bit later on.
