correct me if i'm wrong, but the only thing you *can't* do while the
sequencer is running is send/receive sysex dumps... this is half the
reason i'm such a huge P3 nut... it refuses to get in the way of one's
making music.

Actually you can send sysex dumps while it's running, but it will cause
sequence playback to pause for the duration of the dump, so it's not
recommended.
Probably not the best way to amuse your audience either ;-)
Not having to stop the sequencer ever is a primary design goal.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
