Analogue-sequencer

Something I hadn't realised until it was pointed out recently by a 
ready-built P3 customer, is that red/green colour blind people may 
have a problem with red/green LEDs.
This P3
http://www.colinfraser.com/p3/gallery/p3-rmi-4.jpg
uses the red/blue LEDs instead, to give step LED 
colours of red, blue and purple.

The manual is still lagging behind the software, but I did update it a
bit.

Hey Colin,

After a quick look at the new manual I  can only say: WOW!

Great job with using colours, adding appendix C and extending it with 
all the new features!
