indeed we did. it's a mk1, nr45, & I bought it the day nagle's review was
published. we wore it out, literally, & now it's in bits, waiting to be attached
to the rear of a schaeffer panel rather like the one my p3 is sporting in
those tantalising pictures, along with about 75 small toggle switches. it will be
a work of art if I ever get around to finishing it.

however, as p3 day draws nigh, this is fast becoming a rainy-day project.....

so besides getting to grips with the p3 & the many tiny software tweaks that
seem to be happening, I will have to print out each & every email from you
guys until I come to terms with the fact that the p3 is already more than the
notron ever could have been, & blows our various doepfers out of the water.
did you like the purple leds? that's because steve is red/green
colourblind....

duncan/r.m.i./p3 nr ??

If you do, please post a picture. Sequencer-art is cool ;-)

The only HW sequencers I've used before my P3 are X0X style Rolands and
Korgs. But I always lusted for one of those really old-fashioned machines
with knobs, so there you go.
Although I don't think the P3 is extremely intuitive, I was able to find out
the basic stuff without the manual in about 3 hours of jamming with it
connected to Reaktor on a Mac ti-book.
I needed the manual on how to assign controller numbers to the pots, though.

Yeah, cool colour. I think I have one or two on my P3 as well ("The Big
One").
