You have managed to select a debug option.
If you hold step key 14 while powering on P3, it should return to normal.
Holding keys 15 or 16 while powering on will cause a hex value to be
displayed in the top corner of the display that indicates the elapsed time
to certain points in the clock pulse handler of the sequence engine.
I used to use this optimise code, but have since removed it.
