Hey, I'm new to the board and don't have a P3 but I'd love to see a video demonstration of it in action. Is there one around or perhaps someone would like to show off their sequencing skills and make one? thanks. Paul

Yep, I'l be visiting Mr Nagle early in April, with production P3, DV cam and DAT in tow, and if we can keep focussed for long enough, will do some tutorial and demo video. I'll make this available on DVD, and see if it can be squished down enough to be downloadable too. I'm going to do a DVD of the assembly process for kit builders too. Cheers, Colin f If you need any help with encoding to compress the video give us a shout be more than happy to help I think XviD would be the best format to use and i have a good deal of experience encoding to this format paul D [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

This is something that I've attempted on a couple of occasions and never quite got it into a format that is small enough to be downloadable. Or, I have to admit, coherent enough. However, this weekend a couple of chaps are coming down to check out my P3 before theirs arrive; they are bringing a camera along. We'll see what can be done about putting something together from that. Plus, an official video is scheduled to be made in Apri. So it *is* coming... for now there are are few tutorial-type-things in the files section including a couple in mp3 format that are small enough, at least, to download. So, to borrow a popular term from a certain German synth company, SOON... 8-) Paul --- Paul Nagle / Soft Room Music www.softroom.co.uk www.BogusFocus.com ** Binar's Project Poltergeist and Headshock's MFPE available direct from the Bogus site NOW. **

Putting the assembly process on DVD would be a great idea. should i wait for the DVD, or won't it be for the near future ? niels --- In analogue-sequencer@yahoogroups.com, "orgon1" <orgon_1@H...> wrote: > > > Plus, an official video is scheduled to be made in Apri.
