Sticky Hold

Sticky Hold

2005-07-03 by Stoffel

Hi Colin,

when you introduced the sticky button feature, i wonderes if it's
possible to make the "hold mute" kind of stickky when changing parts,
or some kind of toggle. Most of the time when I'm changing the parts
I'm always pressing F1 for the "mute hold" and then slecting a part. I
can do this one handed, but sometimes I forget to press "mute hold".
For me it would be nice, if i could toggle between mute "hold" and
mute "loose" by pressing the F1 Button, and the display just shows in
what mode I am.

I hope you understand what I mean.

Best wishes,
Stoffel

Seems like you'd prefer this as a permanent option, rather than just a
sticky function ?
Sticky keys are just there to allow one-handed P3 use.
This could have been a user conf option, but at the moment, both bytes of
the user config variables are used, and the sysex format would probably need
changed before I add any more.
I'll have a look at it though.

Cheers,

Aehm, yes, a user config option would be nice, but is not so important.
