The function LEDs should be off normally, act as a VU meter during playback,
or function indicators in edit mode.
Maybe they're the wrong way round ? Or the AUX connection to the function
board may not be wired correctly ?

You just press the knob or key function switches in edit mode, and the LEDs
will cycle round the different options. Pressing key function in play mode
toggles between VU or beat indicator.

Ah yes.. it's still a .txt on Yahoo, but now a .pdf on my PC. I'll upload
the pdf version, although the txt is the same info.
