Playlists.
Use Func and the track key to enter playlist edit. Set the playlist 
length using the length softkey (F3)  and then  you can select a pattern 
for every step of the playlist. So make the overall length as long as 
you like depending on the number of patterns you have.

And here's me going to all the effort of writing a wacky, 
impossible-to-put-down User Guide and... (mumble, mumble).... :)
