1_what's the expected price for the parts? i'm in brazil, so i might not be 
able to find difficult parts...

why hardware sequencers usually don't have midi delays and other kind of 
midi fx? i think this is a great chance to make a really unique midi 
sequencer with more creative options...

I have created the BOM files from the schematics, but am yet to look up
prices for them.
I will be creating a list of parts, with both Farnell and Jameco order
numbers and prices.
This will be a few days yet though.

The problem I have with midi delays IMO is that they are typically only
directed to one device on the midi bus, but if the delay is generated at
the sequencer, then the extra data for delayed notes appears on the
common midi bus.
I may implement these sorts of things in the sequencer, but my personal
preference would be for a separate midi delay/effect unit that could be
patched into the midi bus just before the device the effect is to be
applied to. This minimises use of the shared midi bandwidth.
I'll be happy to be persuaded to add these sorts of features if there is
a demand for it, but not until after the first run of boards is out in
the wild, and end users have had time to consider which features should
be added first.
The ease of doing a sysex firmware upugrade, and the significant amount
of program space left in the sequencer (only 24k out of 63k available)
means that these features can be added easily in time.
