Omni off

Omni off

2006-08-13 by bounce

Hi,

I'm new to this group and a new P3 user aswell.
I'm used to working with a software sequencer for a long time
just unpacked my P3 yesterday and started to get around

manual is very clear and I quickly learn to work with the P3
but there is one thing that I couldn't work out

some of my synths work in Omni mode
meaning they consume everything on every MIDI channel
this can only be turned off by a MIDI message called 'Omni off'

on my software sequencer I can send an 'Omni off' message within 'Mode changes'
I couldn't find a simular function on the P3

so here is my question:
Is there a way to send an Omni off message on the P3?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
