P3 2024 online!! and a question already--selecting event groups from aux config?

Well finally after the 'fun' of getting everything\parts together my
P3 finally got powered on on Saturday and well now i know its worth
all that scrounging to get this together...even with the little i
have delved into it so far i am blown away, yeah i read about all
the features but once you ahve on running in your hands its so
good ;)

I did try to play with some of the accumulators but i found pressing
key 4 for the accumulators event group from the AUX config page did
absolutley nothing. I have done some digging and am i right in
thinking its fixed in 3.1.006C? My P3 came loaded with 3.1.006B and
i found this in the 3.1.006C notes :

12/02/06
Modified Event group, event and CC selection in Aux Conf
Added PAGE+step direct access to play mode pages

Do I need to load C to fix this problem or am i doing something
wrong?

thanks
Brett

The version numbers are the source of confusion here...
3.1.006b in the display shows you have a beta version 3.1.006 installed.
The most recent release version is 3.1.006 REV C.
I didn't up the minor version number as there were no new features, only
unintended feature removals ;-)
The page access to events was added in a later beta version of 3.1.006 than
you have.
Update to 3.1.006 REV C, and it will behave as described in the manual, plus
various other odd things will be added or fixed.
