You know you can already remote control P3 transposition and other
things like track mutes etc.? Have you tried recording into a P3 track
whilst other tracks grab data from that track? Or use the track into
which you record to push data into a different one? Loads of things to
explore - things that make the P3 unique. 
It could be worth finding out everything the P3 can do (I haven't
managed that yet!) then emailing signal arts... or buying both
sequencers   :)
