P3 Tools Application Error

Hi Guys, Just downloaded P3 Tools to have a look at. Don't have a P3 yet (that might be why the following error occurs), but get this error on running the .exe file (despite installing .NET Framework v1.1): "The application failed to initialise properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application." Can anyone help please? Cheers, James Jackson
