Fixed in P3Tools 2.02:

P3T2 should be more forgiving when handling transmission errors on F/W 
and Bank transfers now. 
Rather than make any delay configurable, the delay adapts automatically 
according to how many errors are going on.

Also fixed a small bug in the "Paste Pattern" feature that could cause 
patterns to be lost when the bank is finally transfered to the P3.

Hi Dave.
  Just to echo previous comments i'm very grateful (as i'm sure are all P3 owners) for the time and effort you've put into developing P3T2, which will make our lives easier for sure.
  I've just downloaded it and the NETFramework 2, and alongside V4 it will be a major help.
  With Colin continually developing the P3 itself and now this into the bargain, all for the cost of sweet FA, we really are a lucky lot.
  Hope to have some links to post in the next couple of weeks but until then, have fun folks!
