manikin electronic schrittmacher

2007-08-16 by Steven Clements

For all of you who may care... there's one on sale at
http://www.analoguehaven.com/used/

a powerful sequencer made in conjunction with klaus schulze. the
schrittmacher has 32 parameter lines which can be freely configured
and linked with each other. each line has 16 steps which can be edited
using the 16 rotary encoders with integrated pushbuttons. this
schrittmacher includes a manual and power supply.

I know very little about these... so I'm not certain if it's a good
deal for those who don't have a P3

...does it have features that the P4 many include?

cheers
Steve

For what it's worth, I'm probably going to be selling my P3 soon. I
haven't completely decided on this yet, but odds are it'll be listed soon.

If anyone is really interested, please contact me off-list with an
offer at c0nsumer@nuxx.net. Mine is professionally built, housed in
the same case as the production P3s, and comes with both wooden end
caps and rails.

I can honestly say I've not spent enough time with the P3 to know it.
I'm a bit busy with my last degree and that has to take precedence
right now. I do however want to learn how to use it to it's full
potential.

I'll not sell it, I've regretted doing that in the past with some
pretty choice gear, which I'm certain this is.
