Colin,
is the v4 beta still missing the v3 <-Shift-> feature in pattern edit mode ?
I find this very useful and really wait for this to be implemented into v4
before I jump to it...

v4 has always had the 'shift' function.
The 'sync' function was dropped, but is back in the latest beta.
