LCD resistor

Hi! I've just received a new LCD for my P3 and i need a little help to connect the resitor: i'm a totally newbie in electronics (indeed i buyed a production P3 from Colin) so i really don't know how and where to put it. I need to solder it, right? I have to put it in the two holes where there is R19 in the middle? Anyone has a pic? Sorry for this numb question, and thanks for the help. Bye D.
