Analogue-sequencer

Hi all

I stumbled across this box while looking for a controller for the 808 
and 909 does anyone know whether:

The existing kit will do this?
Is there a midi controller version in the pipeline?

You can setup a P3 to send controllers from inside a pattern, but 
it's not optimised for use as a realtime MIDI controller.
It would be kind of expensive just to use for that anyway.
The Midibox project may be more the sort of thing you're looking 
for...
