Realtime scaling velocity ?

Realtime scaling velocity ?

2008-10-12 by hpsounds_fr

Hi!

I'm looking for informations on how can I configure a P3 track in which I can scale in realtime
the velocity of the notes with one of the P3 knob (not the "knob n to velo" aux event) ?

Many thanks for your answers !

Regards,

Hedi K.

First thought: you could have a knob set the velocity accumulator abs
value - would that help?

I know about the MIDI mixer included in the P3. As I'm controling filter frequency with
velocity in a lot of my sounds, I only want to scale (from 1 % to 100%) the velicity of a track
with on of the P3 knob.

I've try to use the velocity accumulator for part of this purpose but it was not working. It
was so easy to do when I was working with Max in the past few years.

I will try to find an easy way to do it tomorow.

Or just the mixer?
Make sure it's enabled in user config.
