Help LEDs from "13 to 17" (5to8 in blue) are not working

2009-01-16 by idealist_music

Hi can anybody help, i don't know what happened, but these LEDs aren't
working anymore.
First 5 to 8 where also not working, but they work now again (after
the maschine was on 3 minutes) is there in the maschine a simple
contact which isn't good anymore, I don't think the LEDs are defect, i
think it's just a contact, but i don't know where.
Everything else, alle the functions are working correct, just those
lamps are no more blinking...

thanks for help

The LEDs are wired in groups that have a common pin for one connection.
LEDs 13 to 16 are one group, so if they failed together, it is most likely a
poor connection on that common pin.
Try taking the front panel off and re-seating the ribbon cable connection to
the step board.
